Xipingpo Manchu Township
Xipingpo Manchu Township, belonging to Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Suizhong County. It is adjacent to Gaojia Manchu Township of Xingcheng city across Liugu River in the East, Gaotai town in the south, dawangmiao and Gejia Manchu Township in the west, and Kuanbang town in the north, bounded by LAOJIANSHAN and Heishui river. The administrative area is 110.92 square kilometers.
In 1946, it belonged to Gaodian Township, Kuanbang Township and taipingzi township; in 1984, it was changed into xipingpo Manchu Township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of pomanzu Township in Xiping was 18716. As of June 2020, xipingpo Manchu Township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in xipingpo village.

History of construction
In 1946, it belonged to Gaodian, Kuanbang and taipingzi townships.
In 1948, it first belonged to Kuanbang District 1 and then to Jintun District 2.
In 1958, it belonged to Kuanbang commune.
In 1961, xipingpo commune was established.
In 1983, it was changed to xipingpo township.
In 1984, it was changed into xipingpo Manchu Township.

History and culture
In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, the surname fan came from Shangqiu, Henan Province and settled down. It was once named Fan Jiatun. Later, due to the Heishui River disaster in 1867, the village was rebuilt on the slope of the West Bank of the river, hoping to be safe.
