Xiaowang town is located in Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, Henan Province, at the junction of Pingqiao District, Luoshan county and Zhengyang County, Zhumadian City. It is 32 km away from the urban area, 18 km away from the exit of Beijing Zhuhai Expressway and Shanghai Shaanxi Expressway. S224 line (Xinzheng Road) passes through the area. G107 National Road and Dongdagang circular road meet here, and Huaihe River winds around the area for 16 km. The total area of the town is 91.4 square kilometers.
