Zhangcun Township, belonging to Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the west of Xian County. It is adjacent to Leshou town in the East, xiaopingwang across Hutuo River flood diversion road in the south, Linhe Township in the west, Duancun town and Monan town in the north. The Township People's Government is 13 kilometers away from Xian County People's government, with a total area of 67 square kilometers.

In 1961, Linhe and xiaopingwang communes were separated out, and Yuyu was renamed Zhangcun commune.
