Foreign alley

The foreign alley, also known as Xinhua villa, is composed of dozens of garden houses of different styles in the world. Hungarian architect Hudec designed and planned these houses in the 1930s. At that time, there were many foreigners living in this lane. With the change of time, although the buildings here have been preserved, foreign residents have left one by one. Until recent years, many European and American people working in Hongqiao open area, because they like the living experience of Xinhua Road, also rent houses in Xinhua villa. It seems that the old scene has begun to recover here.
