Shenxian cave is located in the northeast of Jianshan Township, Xinmi City, Zhengzhou City, 45 kilometers away from the provincial capital Zhengzhou. It was called Kongshan cave in ancient times, also known as "Xianyu Lingyuan". It is said that it was the residence of the immortal guangchengzi, and the Yellow Emperor Xuanyuan asked him here.

Introduction to scenic spots

Shenxiandong Forest Park is located at Xinmi west entrance of Zhengzhou Shaoguan Expressway (5km north of Yanggang). The scenic spot is composed of Shenxian cave, Xinghua village, Taohua garden and Hongshilin, with a total area of 21 square kilometers. It is the "back garden" of Zhengzhou, the provincial capital. The area is characterized by ravines, luxuriant trees, quiet environment, rich natural and cultural landscape, and a wide variety of animals and plants. Inside the cave, the winding path leads to seclusion, and the stalactite shape is peculiar. The cave passes through the shuangru peak at an altitude of 850 meters and is connected with doulonggou gorge. The long underground passage has become a unique charm of the forest park.

There are more than 100000 wild apricot trees in Xinghua village, which are densely distributed and rare in China. When apricot flowers are in full bloom, the mountains and fields are covered with silver makeup. It is a charming scene. It has become a base for many photographers to create and collect styles. Here, the canyon is deep, the peaks are steep and beautiful, the strange rocks and exotic trees are in full bloom, and the haze and demon surround the mountains. From Tao Yuanming, a poet of Jin Dynasty, to Xu Xiake, a traveler of Ming Dynasty, shenxiandong Sensen park has left many footprints of our ancestors.

The main body of the scenic spot is the Shenxian cave, which is composed of three central areas: doulonggou, Guigu and Jishan. The Shenxian cave, which is nearly 5000 meters long, is the largest karst cave in northern China and has been developed for 2100 meters. The main scenic spots are: startling stone, ripple mountain, holy spring, upside down golden bell, Han Xiang Jade Flute, bright moon hanging high, heavy snow pressing loose, turtle exploring the sea, Yushu screen, etc. Inside the cave, the curving and secluded channels, the spring overflowing everywhere, and the stalactite shape is peculiar, with a total area of 15000 square meters, which can be divided into seven halls. The highest part is more than 20 meters, and the widest part is about 10 or 78 meters. The largest hall can accommodate thousands of people, which is just a natural design,

The underground palace of uncanny craftsmanship is desirable. The cave passes through the "shuangru peak" at an altitude of 850 meters and is connected with the "doulonggou" gorge. The natural underground passage with a length of several kilometers is a unique and charming spectacle of Shenxian Cave Scenic spot. Legend: Shenxian cave is the place where guangchengzi, an ancient immortal, lived.

Doulonggou gorge: surrounded by narrow mountains, the jungle hidden River, just like a paradise. The "Longtan" waterfall with a drop of 75 meters is suspended on the cliff. Three pools of similar size and shape are arranged under the waterfall, one is clear to the bottom, one is black as black jade, and the other is just yellow as mud. It is said that this is the place where the green dragon, black dragon and yellow dragon took Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor to heaven. Valley, underground river, Taoyuan, cave, closed extraordinary natural beauty is a major feature of doulonggou area. Zhang Bosheng, a famous geophysicist, wrote an inscription for this. Shenxiandong scenic spot is located in the northwest edge of Xinmi City, adjacent to huancuiyu scenic spot (2 kilometers away), with a total area of about 12 square kilometers. It is one of the three major scenic spots of Fuxi mountain, and is a provincial scenic spot.

Ghost valley market: dense forest blocks out the sun, and grotesque rocks. The river at the bottom of the valley often flows, and the shrimp and crabs swim freely. It's both gloomy and funny. It's a good place for exploration and summer vacation. In Shaanxi, Hunan, Zhejiang, Xinjiang and other places, there are places related to "ghost Valley". Where is the real "ghost Valley"? There are many opinions among historians. General Yang Chengwu is inclined to this.

There is a 27 meter long cave at the foot of "chicken mountain", which is the site of silver mining by working people during the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty. A cave in the middle of the mountain is a famous place for "immortal playing chess" recorded in Yunji Qiqian of Song Dynasty. "Climbing the chicken mountain, watching the sunrise, singing the white rooster in the world; watching the Yellow River, the waves rolling eastward, tasting the wonderful things of the immortal playing chess, touring the picturesque rivers and mountains, looking happy.". It is the true feeling of the literati to "Jishan". Transportation and accommodation:

Shenxiandong Forest Park is about 50 kilometers away from Zhengzhou. It is connected with Zhengshang highway by huancuiyu scenic spot in the north and Zhengshao highway in the south. With huancuiyu and xuehuadong scenic spots, it forms a highway transportation network extending in all directions. Every day, there are buses from the scenic area and Xinmi urban area, and the traffic conditions are very convenient.
