Zhongfu hall is located in the east of Shipi Lane in Xitang, which is the residence of Wang family. The main hall is the center of Zhongfu hall, which is 12 meters wide and has 14 floor long windows. The hall is divided into three parts. There are two pillars in the middle, 30 cm thick. There are drum stones under the pillars. Engraved with Phoenix wing pattern, very exquisite. The characteristic details of the main hall are: the floor of the main hall is very solid. It is also paved with square bricks, which is intended to isolate the sound of the floor and disturb the distinguished guests downstairs, especially the convenience of the female dependents upstairs. In addition, the square brick also adapts to the climate in the south of the Yangtze River. It can absorb moisture in wet seasons and release stored moisture when it is dry. There is a plaque of "Zhongfu hall" in the main hall, which is said to be inscribed by Chen Bangyan. It is heavy, dignified and awe inspiring.

There are still several parts in the back, such as kitchen, living room, back garden, etc., which are now occupied by other people and are not open. Now is the location of jingyixuan.
