Yuncheng Salt Lake (dead sea of China) is located at the foot of South Zhongtiao Mountain and the Bank of Wushui river. It is composed of duck pond, salt pond and nitrate pond, with a total area of 130 square kilometers. The salt produced is made of brine after sunlight exposure. It is white in color, pure in taste and contains a variety of sodium and calcium substances. It is one of the famous salt producing areas in China. Salt pond is one of the oldest salt ponds in China
