Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: kelp silk, ham sausage, bean skin
Step 2: add shredded kelp, shredded bean skin and shredded ham sausage into the bowl
Step 3: don't waste the rest of the broken material, directly spread it in the bowl, and fill the bowl. Add the scallion and ginger slices
Step 4: pour in proper amount of shiyunsheng soup.
Step 5: put it into the steamer and steam it over high heat. Take the steamed three shreds and remove the onion and ginger.
Step 6: pour out the soup.
Step 7: invert in the soup bowl
Step 8: put the original soup into the pot and add some shiyunsheng soup to boil
Step 9: pour directly into the soup bowl.
Step 10: drop a few drops of sesame oil.
