Harbin Huade university is a full-time undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of education. It is the key construction University of the "1115" project of the "construction plan of Heilongjiang Province as a strong province of higher education". It is one of the first batch of "excellent engineer education and training plan" Pilot Universities in Heilongjiang Province, and one of the first batch of 35 governing units of the National Applied Technology University (College) alliance.
