Xiangxing College of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine

Xiangxing College of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of education and officially established by the provincial people's Government on June 18, 2002.

Xiangxing college is an independent college, which is a secondary legal entity under Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine. It implements the president responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors. The chairman of the board of directors is the president of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine. The work of the board of directors follows the articles of association of the board of directors. The president of Xiangxing college, as the legal representative, presides over the work of the whole college according to the articles of association and is responsible to the board of directors.  

According to the national Ministry of Education [2003] No.8 document, Xiangxing university has independent campus and basic school facilities, relatively independent teaching organization and management, independent enrollment, independent academic certificate, independent financial accounting. Xiangxing University adheres to the socialist educational policy, fully implements the party's educational line, and aims to cultivate qualified talents of Chinese and Western medicine for socialist construction. And actively introduce social funds to increase investment in education. Expand the existing scale of running schools and constantly improve the quality of education. Actively explore the new school running system and operation mechanism under the law of socialist market economy. Xiangxing college is located in Dongtang campus of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine, No. 113, Shaoshan Middle Road, Changsha City, with beautiful environment, complete teaching equipment and strong teaching staff. At present, Xiangxing college has 12 undergraduate majors, including traditional Chinese medicine, clinical science of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, acupuncture and massage, medical imaging, nursing, applied psychology, marketing, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical engineering, bioengineering, etc., and has 2660 students enrolled inside and outside the Province.
