Small shrubs, 50-100 cm high. Branches scattered, branchlets slender, striped, covered with villi. Stipules are hard hairy, persistent; 3-compound leaves, leaflets ovate or ovate oblong, 1-1.5 cm long, 7-9 mm wide, apex obtuse, apical, base rounded, margin convoluted, abaxial surface covered with white hairs, nearly leathery. Raceme axillary, total petiole thin, hairy; bracts lanceolate; flowers small, spreading; calyx bell shaped, 5-lobed, lobes lanceolate; corolla butterfly shaped, white or slightly yellow, flag petal wide, base purple spot, shorter than keel petal; stamens 10, 2-body; ovary superior, style inward curved, stigma small, terminal.
