Yuan Hengdong's pseudonym is Songtao. Born in an intellectual family in Southwest Shandong, he was influenced by his father's calligraphy. At the age of six, he wrote Spring Festival couplets with his neighbor. From primary school to today, everywhere I go, I have been given the title of soft and hard calligraphy. He is now a graduate student majoring in public international law at the Western Cape University of South Africa. He is currently the president of the southern African Chinese Calligrapher Association and the chairman of four companies in the United States and Africa.
