Hebei Vocational College of labor relations is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the provincial government and registered by the Ministry of education. It is subordinate to Hebei Federation of trade unions.

At present, the college has many education levels, such as general higher vocational education, adult higher education, technical secondary school, trade union cadre training, short-term skills training and so on. It has three subject categories of management, law and engineering, more than 30 majors and more than 3000 students.

In the long-term educational practice, we have accumulated rich experience in teaching management, and established a unique talent training mode of "one specialty, two abilities and three combinations", that is, the main major should be "specialized", the mastery of foreign language and computer should be "capable", and the combination of specialty, ability and vocational skills. This innovative education mode has changed the traditional mode of pursuing book knowledge and examination oriented ability. The comprehensive quality and social adaptability of students are constantly improving. A large number of government officials, successful entrepreneurs, excellent engineers and thousands of advanced elements and skilled experts in different positions have emerged.

The college has a team of teachers with reasonable age structure, high professional level and strong professional ability. There are nearly 200 full-time and part-time teachers, of which more than 80% have middle or senior professional titles, and more than 30% have double qualification teachers.

In order to cultivate students' teamwork spirit and enrich campus cultural life, the college regularly holds art festivals, sports meetings, knowledge competitions, ball games, etc., providing students with a stage to show their talents and explore their potential.

In 2007, the college invested in the construction of a new campus in southwest Higher Education District of Shijiazhuang city. The new campus covers an area of 200 mu. According to the construction principle of "high starting point, high standard, high quality and high grade", the first phase investment is nearly 100 million yuan and the construction area is more than 60000 square meters. At that time, a modern ideal university with complete facilities, advanced functions, fresh and elegant environment, comfortable study and life, and strong cultural atmosphere will emerge in front of us.
