Early experience
In 1973, he began to learn piano at the age of four and a half. The composer's father found that he had a pair of ears with absolute sense of sound, and Piano became an important thing for him.
In 1975, he began to write piano music at the age of 6.
In 1976, he performed at the age of seven.
In 1978, at the age of 9, he was admitted to the primary school attached to the Central Conservatory of music and Shanghai Conservatory of music. In the same year, he went to Beijing to study alone.
In 1988, he entered the Central Conservatory of music, majoring in piano, learning from the famous piano educator Zhou Guangren.
In 1989, through international selection, he was approved to participate in the eighth van CLEBURN International Piano Competition, becoming the player representing China and entering the top ten of the competition.
He graduated from the Central Conservatory of music in 1992 with a bachelor's degree. After graduation, he began to work as a young pianist in many movies, TV soundtracks and live performances across the Taiwan Strait, focusing on jazz music and new music creation.
In 1992, he began to cooperate with Taiwan Fashion record company to publish personal albums and all kinds of music albums.
In 1995, he cooperated with Li Shouquan, a famous musician in Taiwan, to publish his first personal piano album "old story in the south of the city".
Acting experience
In 2014, he was invited to be a judge of CCTV piano competition.
In 2015, he was employed as a professor and master's supervisor of the Art Department of Communication University of China.
