Processing steps of mushroom gluten:

(2) Heat the frying pan, stir fry the mushrooms, bamboo shoots and scallions, then add the gluten, soybeans, refined salt, soy sauce, sugar, mushrooms and ginger.
Mushroom gluten
This is a delicious food, the main raw materials are 500 grams of flour, 500 grams of watery mushrooms, 5 grams of green onion and ginger, 1000 grams of peanut oil (about 100 grams), 50 grams of refined salt, 2 grams of monosodium glutamate, 10 grams of sugar, 20 grams of pepper, 25 grams of soy sauce, 25 grams of sesame oil, 250 grams of bean sprout soup.
Making method

Remove the pepper and stir fry it with green onion and ginger. Then add mushrooms, gluten, soy sauce, sugar, bean sprout soup and monosodium glutamate. Simmer the dried juice and put it into a plate to air. Remove the green onion and ginger before eating.
