Raw materials for making family photo:

Water hair tendons 100 g, cooked pork tripe 100 g, oil hair fish tripe 100 g, sizing only fish 100 g, water hair mushrooms 50 g, mushroom 50 g, tender corn shoots 50 g, tender cabbage 50 g, salt 7 g, MSG 2 g, onion ginger juice 8 g, white pepper 2 g, soup 600 g, wet starch 30 g, cooked lard 500 g (about 100 g), onion 5 g.

Steps of making family photo:

1. Put the frying pan on a high heat, cook the lard until it is 40% hot, then add in the sizing oil, then remove the oil.

2. Blanch the pork tendon, cooked pork tripe, fish tripe, mushroom, mushroom, corn shoot and cabbage heart in high heat boiling water, and then rinse with water.

3. Wash the frying pan and put it on a high heat. Add 25g of cooked lard to heat. Add onion and ginger juice, broth, refined salt, monosodium glutamate and white pepper to boil. Then pour in all kinds of raw materials to stew and thicken. Sprinkle with cooked lard. Put it on a large wok plate and sprinkle with scallion.

Family portraits

"Family photo" is an urban family drama jointly produced by China TV drama production center, Zhejiang Huace film and television and Guangzhou film and television media. It is directed by Fu Ning and starred by Qin Hailu, Wu Gang, Yue Xiuqing and Cheng Yuanyuan.

The play tells the experience of three families in a small courtyard in Beijing from the 1940s to the 60 years of reform and opening up, reflecting the great changes and progress of Chinese society. On January 14, 2013, the play premiered on CCTV comprehensive channel; in the same year, the play won the third prize of the 29th China TV series flying sky award long TV series.
