He Bo, male, was born in Qianxian County, Shaanxi Province in 1957 and graduated from the Education Department of Shandong Normal University in 1985.

He was vice secretary of the Party committee and President of Qinghai Normal University.

Profile

In 1996, he was promoted to vice president of Qinghai Normal University. In the same year, he was awarded the title of excellent professional and technical talents in Qinghai Province. In 1998, he was awarded the title of national young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions. In 1999, he was promoted to teaching, and in 2001, he was awarded the title of national model teacher. On August 31, 2012, he became Vice Secretary of the Party committee and President of Qinghai Normal University. in December 2014, due to the age limit, he no longer served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee and President of Qinghai Normal University.

The main research fields are the basic principles of ethnic education. The projects undertaken or participated in include: the key project of the Ministry of education in the eighth five year plan of the national education science, the key project of the Ministry of education in the eighth five year plan of the humanities and Social Sciences, the research on vocational education in ethnic areas in Western China, and the fully funded project of the Ninth Five Year Plan of the Ministry of education in the west of China Research on the comprehensive reform of agricultural science and education in ethnic minority areas of the Ministry of education, the Ninth Five Year Plan of national education science, the key project of the Ministry of Education: "ethnic preparatory and ethnic class education", the project of Qinghai philosophy and social science planning office "Research on the comprehensive reform of agricultural science and education in ethnic minority areas of Qinghai", and the project of the Tenth Five Year Plan of national education science "Research on the multicultural theory and practice of ethnic minority education in China" .

Character achievement

A total of 3 monographs have been published, and more than 30 papers have been published. Many papers have been reprinted by Xinhua digest and photocopies of the National People's Congress.
