On October 25, 2004, the Pan'an County Party committee of the Communist Party of China decided that Comrade Chen Dahong should be designated as the bureau level.

On March 20, 2007, the CPC Pan'an County Committee decided to appoint Comrade Chen Dahong as a member of the Party group of the office of the CPC Pan'an County People's government.

On March 26, 2009, the CPC Pan'an County Committee decided to appoint Comrade Chen Dahong as Deputy Secretary of the Party group of the office of the CPC Pan'an County People's government.

On December 15, 2011, the CPC Pan'an County Committee decided that Comrade Chen Dahong should be appointed as the member and Secretary of the Party group of the economic and commercial bureau of Pan'an County, and that he should be removed from the post of deputy secretary and member of the Party group of the office of the people's Government of Pan'an County.
