Chocolate cake

Chocolate cake

Introduction:

"When I wanted to eat cake, I bought a set of cake making materials, including disposable molds. It's time-saving and easy to make. Just mix the materials together. It took less than an hour and a half from the beginning to the end, and it's very delicious!"

Production steps:

Step 1: materials. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.

Step 2: put eggs, milk and cake powder in a larger bowl.

Step 3: use the electric bubbler to hit hard for 5 minutes until it doesn't disappear 10 seconds after drawing the circle as shown in Figure 2 (my electric bubbler is old, I played for 10 minutes).

Step 4: put in the cocoa powder again, and use the manual bubbler to pick up and down evenly for 1 minute (don't pick too much, the cake won't grow with less bubbles).

Step 5: pour the liquid into the mold.

Step 6: bake in the oven (lower section) at 170 ℃ for 40-50 minutes, prick it with a bamboo stick, and bring no liquid.

Step 7: after taking it out, shake it three times from the place 30 cm above the work table, so that the cake will not retract.

Step 8: then turn the heat upside down.

Step 9: when it's cold, cut the mold along the cutting line and take out the cake.

Step 10: until it is completely cooled, let the freezer cool faster.

Step 11: melt the chocolate in hot water.

Step 12: first coat the whole body with 1 / 2 amount of chocolate liquid, cool it in the freezer for 2 minutes, then coat the surface again with the remaining 1 / 2 amount of chocolate, and cool it in the freezer for 2 minutes.

Step 13: pack and enjoy.

Step 14: the outside chocolate skin is crisp, the inside cake is wet, soft and tender, very good taste!
