Corn gluten pancakes

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: chop the carrots.

Step 2: wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes, cool it in the air, squeeze out water and cut it up.

Step 4: add linseed oil.

Step 5: add five spice powder.

Step 6: add salt.

Step 7: add MSG.

Note: 1. The ratio of flour to corn flour is 1:3. Generally, it's 1:1. I prefer to eat rough taste, so I use larger corn flour. If I have indigestion or don't like rough taste, I can increase the proportion of flour. The amount of water should be moderate, but not too dry, otherwise it will lose too much water and taste hard. If your taste is dry or hard, you can steam it again.
