Introduction:

"Artemisia selengensis bud is a kind of wild vegetable produced in Northeast China. One of the most common foods in Northeast China is to blanch the willow wormwood sprouts and dip them in soy sauce. The willow wormwood sprouts can also be used for stir frying, stuffing, soup and so on

Production steps:

Step 1: pick and wash the Artemisia selengensis buds

Step 2: Boil the water in the pot and blanch the Artemisia selengensis bud

Step 3: take it out and put it in cold water

Step 4: peel, wash and slice potatoes
