Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: pick and wash the Artemisia selengensis buds
Step 2: Boil the water in the pot and blanch the Artemisia selengensis bud
Step 3: take it out and put it in cold water
Step 4: peel, wash and slice potatoes
Step 5: heat the oil in a hot pan and saute the scallions
