Sauerkraut leaves with minced garlic

Introduction:

"Some of my family like the stem of tongcai, some like to eat the leaves of tongcai, so I simply divide tongcai into two kinds of dishes to stir fry, which is simple and as everyone likes!"

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the cauliflower leaves and cut them into two sections.

Step 2: peel, wash, flatten and chop the garlic.
