Chopped taro with pepper
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the taro and peel it off
Step 2: cut into finger sized pieces and steam for 20 minutes
Step 3: steam the taro and pour it out
Step 4: prepare chopped peppers and scallions
Step 5: after the frying pan oil is hot, put the chopped pepper in and stir up the fragrance
Step 6: pour in the steamed taro, stir fry it, and add some salt
Step 7: then add water and cook for a few minutes to make taro taste more delicious
Step 8: finally put onion and monosodium glutamate out of the pot

Lipu Taro: one third
Salt: right amount
MSG: right amount
Chopped pepper: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Note: Although I use Lipu Taro to do, in fact, it's delicious to use small taro to do. It's better to wear gloves when peeling taro to avoid mucus irritating skin
