Introduction:

"Seafood has always been my favorite. I went to the vegetable market at the weekend and saw some squid tips. The meat was plentiful and clean. So I bought it back and fired it. This dish is crisp, tender, smooth and delicious. "

Production steps:

Step 1: wash squid tip and tear off fascia.

Step 2: flatten the knife after cutting.

Step 3: then cut the squid into small pieces.

Step 4: cut the colored pepper into diamond shaped pieces.

Step 5: shred ginger, dice green onion and slice garlic

Step 6: bring to a boil the water in the pan over the heat and add the squid water

Step 7: when the squid is rolled, quickly take it out and put it in a basin.

Step 8: add salad oil to the pan over high heat. When the oil temperature is 80%, add shredded ginger, scallion and garlic to fry until fragrant.

Step 9: stir fry the squid evenly.

Step 10: add white vinegar and cooking wine.

Step 11: add salt.

Step 12: add the color pepper and stir well. Pour in a little steamed fish and soy sauce before leaving the pan and turn over.

Squid tip: 400g

Ginger: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Color pepper: right amount

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Cooking wine: moderate

White vinegar: right amount

Steamed fish soy sauce: right amount

Note: (1) this dish should be fried quickly, not too long. So as not to affect the taste. (2) When cutting flowers with a knife, cut them obliquely, then cut them straight into small pieces. All the squid slices cut in this way are rolled.
