Braised bean curd with oyster sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all raw materials: tofu, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, scallion, June soy sauce.
Step 2: cut tofu into four pieces, oyster sauce into small pieces, shredded ginger, minced garlic and chopped scallion.
Step 3: in a bowl, pour in June soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, starch, a little water and set aside.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan and fry the tofu.
Step 5: Fry yellow on one side, pour in a little soy sauce, turn over and fry until golden on both sides, then put the tofu out and set aside.
Step 6: saute ginger and garlic with hot oil in the pot, then pour in chopped oyster sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: after stir frying with oyster sauce, pour the tofu into the pot and stir fry with oyster sauce.
