Dried noodles with eggs
Introduction:
"Yesterday, my baby was not comfortable. Today, I didn't let her go to kindergarten. In the morning, we went to bed late. We had to wait a long time to cook. Let's feed her with some noodles, add an egg, and use big bone soup for nutrition."
Production steps:
Step 1: look, it's poor. There's only one bundle of noodles left at home, but it's enough for her
Step 2: cut the ham sausage into small pieces and set aside
Step 3: break up the eggs and fry until medium rare
Step 4: add ham sausages and stir fry until fragrant
Step 5: add the stock (the big bone I use here) and bring to a boil
Step 6: add children's vermicelli and cook until soft and hard. Add seasoning
Step 7: Sprinkle with scallions and serve
