Production steps:

Step 1: wash the prawns.

Step 2: shred onion and ginger.

Step 3: cut off the whiskers and claws of prawns.

Note: the shrimp I use is bigger, so it takes longer to marinate and fry. You can adjust the time according to the size of the shrimp.
