Curry roll

Curry roll

Introduction:

"It's cold and I don't want to go out. There's no food available in the fridge. If I find curry powder, I'll make a scroll with it. It's not easy to make a scroll in a different way."

Production steps:

Step 1: put all the materials into the basin and mix well to form a ball

Step 2: knead into smooth dough, cover with plastic film and let it stand for 5 ~ 10 minutes

Step 3: knead long strips

Step 4: roll a thin rectangle, add salad oil, sprinkle salt, pepper and curry powder

Step 5: roll from the shorter side to the long strip

Step 6: cut into 3 cm small dough and press chopsticks down in the middle of the dough

Step 7: hold both ends by hand, put the chopsticks on the back of the dough and rotate them for a circle. Turn your hand in the opposite direction of the chopsticks, press the chopsticks down, then pull them out, and put them into the steamer for the second fermentation

Step 8: steam with medium heat and cold water for about 20 minutes

Materials required:

Yeast: 6g

Water: 300g

Sugar: 60g

Milk powder: 30g

Old noodles: 200g

Pepper: right amount

Salt: right amount

Note: the reason why pepper and salt should be added to the seasoning is that curry only has aroma and no flavor, so it must rely on other seasonings to improve the flavor. These two ingredients really match with curry powder, and the taste can't be picky. Try it!
