Fried egg with onion
Introduction:
Onion steamed rice is a homely cooking Kwai Chi, which is delicious and nutritious, and is also a killer of rice. I added some pickled peppers to the dish to make it more appetizing and delicious
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2: wash the onion and cut it into thin strips.
Step 3: knock the eggs into the bowl. Add proper amount of cooking wine to disperse.
Step 4: add oil into the pan, heat up, add egg liquid, stir fry and set aside.
Step 5: leave the bottom oil in the pan and add the pickled pepper. Pour in shredded onion and stir fry. Stir fry until the onion is transparent. Add a small amount of soy sauce. Stir fry well.
Step 6: pour in the scrambled eggs. Stir fry well and add salt to taste.

Note: add cooking wine into the egg liquid to disperse it.
