Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Chop pork into sauce and lotus root into powder!

Step 2: put chicken essence, salt and potato flour into the meat sauce! Stir clockwise until the glue rises!

Step 3: put in chopped lotus root powder!

Step 4: mix the meat paste and lotus root evenly!

Step 5: make the meat sauce into a similar size ball and put it on the plate!

Step 6: after boiling water, steam the balls for about 10 minutes!

Step 7: finally, add some flour to the soup and thicken it to the top of the ball!

Materials required:

Pork: 400g

Lotus root: 200g

Potato flour: right amount

Salt: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Note: I prefer half pork tendon and half lean meat to make meatballs! Because this kind of pill is more chewy!
