Production steps:
Step 1: put the almonds in the pot and fry them over low heat, then let them cool and set aside. (you can also put it in the middle of the oven and bake it at 150 ℃ for 20 minutes)
Step 2: put sugar in the pot, then add 200 grams of water and boil over low heat.
Step 3: boil with low heat until big bubbles appear in the sugar water in the pot and the water thickens.
Step 4: then pour the fried almonds into the sugar water.
Step 5: stir the almonds in the pan until the sugar is less.
Step 6: then pour the almonds into the container which is not easy to be stuck while it is hot. After spreading and cooling, the almonds will harden and the sugar water will turn white.

White granulated sugar: 100g
Water: 200g
Note: 1. When boiling the sugar water, use a small fire, and then constantly stir until the sugar water appears big bubbles. 2. The almonds need to be cooked, which will be more fragrant and crisp. 3. When frying almonds, you must use low heat, otherwise almonds are easy to be scorched.
