Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs with cola

Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs with cola

Introduction:

"Sweet and sour, delicious"

Production steps:

Step 1: chop the ribs into small pieces (it's hard to chop them by yourself, so you'd better find a staff member in the supermarket to handle them). You can use a small amount of flour to clean the greasy. Rinse with clean water.

Step 2: add water according to the amount of ribs in the pot, usually twice as much as the ribs. Put large ingredients and ginger into the water. When the water boils, add the spareribs and skim the foam on the upper layer of the water. Then boil the water. Large ingredients can remove the fishy smell of meat and add fragrance.

Step 3: pour the oil into a clean pan, without waiting for the oil to heat up, add the seasoning, ginger and drained ribs, pour in cooking wine and soy sauce, and deep fry until golden yellow (stir fry during the period, otherwise it will stick to the pan or the ribs will not be evenly fried).

Step 4: pour in coke and stew over medium heat.

Step 5: pour in vinegar, sugar and salt, and wait for the soup to thicken. (I like to add two mushrooms, sweet and sour, hehe...)
