Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, there are only three kinds, simple!
Step 2: when cleaning the duck tongue, you should pay attention to cut the sharp spines of the part circled by the red line with scissors, otherwise it will affect the taste when eating!
Step 3: blanch duck tongue and ginger with proper amount of water.
Step 4: after blanching, wash and change water to cook. After boiling, add proper amount of cooking wine, turn the heat down and cook slowly. And beat to foam.
