Production steps:
Step 1: remove the pepper pedicels and wash.

Sugar: 200g
Rice vinegar: 250g (or white vinegar)

Salt: right amount
Note: Note: paste need to buy a lighter color, light brown is good. If you buy a dark brown or brown black sauce, you should reduce the dosage (consider reducing it by half), or increase the dosage of red pepper with the same dosage of dark sauce.
