Step 1: 1: chop the shrimp skin (this time my mother uses fresh shrimp), bean sprouts, green onion, ginger, garlic and coriander. 2: add one portion of mung bean powder and two portions of flour, and break the dry steamed bread. Soft garden is mainly for steamed bread. 3: Shred the radish and chop it. Put in the radish water together. Radish should be put more to taste good.
