White radish mutton soup
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the bought mutton (I bought lamb chops) in water for half a day, and change the water several times in the middle (remove some blood)
Step 2: then put it in a pot, add a few pieces of ginger, boil and skim the foam
Step 3: after boiling for a while, take out the mutton and put it into the electric pressure cooker
Step 4: prepare scallion, ginger and pepper
Step 5: cut the white radish into pieces (larger, or it will be stewed)
Step 6: pour in the clear soup of mutton, add ginger slices, two sections of scallion and some pepper
Step 7: pour the radish into the pot and put a little salt in it (don't put all the salt in it, and add more when you don't have enough)
