Easy afternoon tea: 100% whole wheat Brownie
Introduction:
"The whole wheat Brownie on the grilled plate, referring to Dejie's, was slightly modified when I made it. The dim sunshine became more and more brilliant because of the delicious snack on this plate. Rich chocolate flavor, crisp skin, warm heart, and plenty of walnuts... Every bite gives me a full sense of happiness. Hehe, if you are worried about Brownie's high calorie, try this formula. Although the calorie of this formula is still not low, the extra nutritional value can offset a lot of corruption guilt. Using healthy raw materials does not affect the perfect taste at the same time. Here, you have a taste? "
Production steps:
Step 1: put butter and black together.
Step 2: put it in the microwave oven and "Ding" it over low heat until it is half melted, about 40 seconds, take it out and stir; then pour in brown sugar, stir well, then "Ding" it for 40 seconds, take it out and stir until the brown sugar is basically melted.
Step 3: whisk the eggs, add a drop of vanilla essence, wait until the liquid in step 2 is reduced to room temperature, and pour in the egg liquid. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step 4: sift in low flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and pour in salt.
Step 5: cut and mix well, pour in walnuts, then cut and mix well.
Step 6: pour the batter into the baking tray covered with oil paper, wipe the surface evenly, and put it into the middle layer of the oven preheated at 174 degrees for about 20 minutes. When you see the edge and surface coagulate, the toothpick inserted inside will bring out the residue, but not the batter. Be careful not to over bake it. It seems that it can be out of the oven if it is still a little underbaked, so that the finished product will not dry after cooling.
