Chicken with Caragana
Introduction:
"I use green orange, you can use lemon ~ ~ ~ because it's hard to buy lemon in winter in North China ~ ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: I forgot to take a picture of the ingredients, so let's start directly ~ ~ cut the whole chicken leg into small pieces, but don't break it too much, wash it and put it in the pot, and remember not to fire.
Step 2: pour coke into the pot, submerge chicken leg is the best, and then pour in proper amount of soy sauce and salt.
Step 3: stew in high heat. When the coke is all stewed, collect the juice, but don't turn off the heat. At this time, divide the lemon into two parts. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon by hand and pour it on the chicken leg. Don't forget to turn over the pot. The flavor of lemon is OK~
Step 4: finally turn off the heat and get out of the pot. As I said before, I'm a northerner. It's hard to buy lemons in winter, so I'll take Hainan green orange instead. Happy new year to you all~
