Braised spareribs with lotus root
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2: prepare onion, ginger and star anise.
Step 3: wash lotus root and cut into pieces.
Step 4: blanch the ribs and drain.
Step 5: add oil into the pot, saute star anise, add the boiled spareribs and stir fry.
Step 6: stir fry until yellowish, add onion and ginger, continue to stir fry evenly
Step 7: add cooking wine, soy sauce and rock sugar and stir fry until the ribs are colored
Step 8: add boiling water, no ribs.
Step 9: bring to a boil, add lotus root, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour, then dry the soup.
