Soft and lovely

Soft and lovely

Introduction:

"Yesterday, I saw a friend on the microblog who didn't understand the difference between cream, light cream and butter. In fact, in the baking book, the cream is butter, not the light cream or vegetable cream used for mounting cream cake. Because butter is extracted from milk, so butter is actually called cream. Light cream or vegetable cream is used for mounting flowers. Well, it's not surprising that the small meal bag called "grey" is called "cream roll" because the butter content in this meal bag is a little more than that of ordinary bread. It uses 40 grams of butter, and the butter content of other bread with the same amount of flour is mostly between 15-25 grams. This kind of food bag has enough hair. The horn shape is almost gone, but it's super soft. You can see it by looking at the tissue. I didn't like it when I baked it. The color was a little deep. I didn't want to shoot it at all, but I think it's the result of working hard for a long time. It's finished in the last few minutes. You know, I often shoot for half an hour

Production steps:

Step 1: sift the flour, put all the ingredients except butter into the toaster, and start the flour mixing process (20 minutes).

Step 2: add softened butter at the end of one mixing procedure and start the mixing procedure again (the second 20 minutes).

Step 3: at the end of mixing, check the dough and stir until the transparent film can be pulled out.

Step 4: ferment 2.5 times the size of the dough in a warm place.

Step 5: take out the fermented dough and press to exhaust.

Step 6: divide the dough into 9 parts evenly, round and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 7: after relaxation, shape it into long water drop shape by hand and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 8: use a rolling pin to roll a triangular sheet from top to bottom.

Step 9: roll the big end down into a horn shape.

Step 10: lay oil paper in the baking pan to prevent sticking and put it in the baking pan.

Step 11: carry out the final fermentation to about 2 times the size.

Step 12: preheat the oven, 180 degrees for 30 minutes (the temperature and time are adjusted according to the state of the oven).
