Shredded chicken
Introduction:
"This hand shredded chicken is an authentic Cantonese dish with rich flavor, smooth skin and smooth meat. It's not tiresome to eat for nothing."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the scallion and ginger into slices.
Step 2: wash and drain the chicken.
Step 3: put scallion and ginger slices into chicken.
Step 4: steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
Step 5: take out the cooked chicken and let it cool slightly.
Step 6: separate the chicken bone and meat by hand, and then tear the chicken into filaments, which can be a little thicker and about 5cm in length.
Step 7: salt, chicken essence, ginger powder, sesame oil, coriander and cooked sesame.
Step 8: according to your own taste, sprinkle salt, chicken essence and Shajiang powder on the shredded chicken (if you like spicy food, you can add ingredients by yourself). Gently stir it with your hands, and you can taste it while mixing until it tastes good. Then add a little sesame oil, coriander and cooked sesame, stir it and put it on the plate. It has a wide range of uses, and is most commonly used as food marinade to increase flavor. 2. The separated chicken rack and chicken juice are very good. Don't throw them away.
