Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the material.

Step 2: wash and soak the rice for about 1 hour, steam it and add white vinegar and sugar while it is hot.

Step 3: wash the spinach, blanch it in the water pan and take it out.

Step 4: beat the eggs, add salt, put them into a non stick pan and fry them into thin skin.

Step 5: cut the egg skin into rectangle and put it on the sushi roll.

Step 6: spread laver, put rice, shredded carrot, shredded pork and spinach on top, seal and dip in rice.

Step 7: cut sushi into thin slices with a knife dipped in water and put it on the plate.

Laver: right amount

Carrot: right amount

Meat floss: moderate

Spinach: moderate

Sugar: right amount

White vinegar: right amount
