Production steps:
Step 1: choose the southern tofu, blanch it in boiling water to remove the beany smell of tofu.
Step 2: with a little oil, saute onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add Douchi sauce and stir fry slowly over low heat until fragrant.
Step 3: add appropriate amount of water, add tofu and simmer for about two or three minutes, add a small amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce, add some chicken essence and pour some sesame oil before leaving the pot.
Step 4: finally, add some water and starch and take out the pot.
Step 5: plate, sprinkle with pepper powder and scallion.
