Korean style fried tofu~
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: two pieces of northern tofu, rinse with water.
Step 2: cut the tofu into pieces and make it a little thicker.
Step 3: spread a little salt on the surface of tofu and marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step 4: use the time of pickled tofu to make seasoning soy sauce, put soy sauce, sesame oil and other seasonings into a bowl, mix well, and wait for use.
Step 5: cut the onion into small pieces and set aside.
Step 6: heat the oil in a pan.
Step 7: add the tofu and fry it over medium heat until golden yellow. If you like the tender and yellowish tofu, fry it for a while.
Step 8: turn over and fry until both sides are golden. In the process of frying, gently stir the tofu pieces, so it's not easy to stick to the pot.
Step 9: after the tofu is fried, put it out for use.
Step 10: heat the oil in the pan, add onion and saute until fragrant.
Step 11: add the fried tofu.
Step 12: Sprinkle seasoned soy sauce on tofu.
Step 13: then put in the soup, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat until the soup is concentrated. (I use daxida to mix the soup with warm water directly).
Step 14: serve the tofu~
Step 15: take a bite. It's tender inside and burnt outside~
Step 16: with soy sauce soup and rice, it tastes better!

Beef soup: half bowl
Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 1.5 tbsp
Cooking wine: 1.5 tbsp
Minced garlic: right amount
Hot pepper noodles: 4 tsp

Note: 1. I choose the North tofu, fried for a long time, so there is a layer of burnt skin! If you use water tofu, you can fry it until yellowish. 2.
