Production steps:
Step 1: wash and steam the sweet potato. (steamed sweet potatoes are easy to peel)
Step 2: peel the steamed sweet potato and press it into sweet potato paste with a spoon.

Step 7: wrap sesame seeds in a bowl. (shake the bowl, let the sweet potato balls roll, evenly covered with white sesame seeds)
Step 8: rub the sesame seeds with your hands after they are covered with white sesame seeds. The sesame seeds will not fall off easily when they are fried.
Step 9: heat the oil for 50%, turn to medium heat, and put in sweet potato balls. (avoid external paste and endogenous)
Step 10: slow frying with small fire, frequent turning, hemp ball surface golden to floating.
Step 11: put it on the oil absorption paper and enjoy it.

Glutinous rice flour: 100g
White Sesame: right amount
Edible oil: right amount
Note: it must be fried slowly with small fire and turned frequently to make it heated evenly. The sweet potato ball covered with white sesame is kneaded more by hand, and the sesame is not easy to drop when frying. Rotten sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes with black spots) and germinated sweet potatoes can cause poisoning and are not edible.
