Introduction:

"Loach is sweet in taste, flat in nature, and has the functions of tonifying spleen and kidney, diuresis and detoxification."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: remove the head of the loach and wash the viscera.

Step 3: add 2 pieces of ginger into the water, boil 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, pour the treated loach into the water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 4: wash the upper mucous membrane with clean water.

Step 5: heat the oil, stir in ginger slices, and knot with scallion.

Step 6: add loach and fry for more than ten seconds.

Step 7: move to the casserole, add water and bring the cooking wine to a boil.

Step 8: change the low heat to stew until the fish is crisp and the soup is thick.

Step 9: add salt and pepper to taste.

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Chicken essence: half spoon

Pepper: half a teaspoon
