Ants on the tree
Introduction:
It is said that the dish of "ants on the tree" has a lot to do with Dou'e, a character written by Guan Hanqing, a dramatist of the Yuan Dynasty. I can only use the raw materials of the Shanzhai version. It's completely different. The crisp shell is wrapped with fragrant Flammulina velutipes
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the old roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash and tear them apart, take out and drain the water.
Step 2: beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and starch to make a paste to make the egg paste.
Step 3: coax the sesame with a small fire.
Step 4: heat the oil in the frying pan over high heat, take a little Flammulina velutipes and put it into the egg paste to make the Flammulina velutipes evenly wrapped in the egg paste.
Step 5: deep fry the Flammulina velutipes in the oil until golden yellow. Drain the oil and fry all Flammulina velutipes in the same way.
