Homemade pineapple sweetheart

Homemade pineapple sweetheart

Introduction:

"I bought a big pineapple. It's delicious, but I don't dare to eat it directly. I drool when I think about it. I don't like the sour taste very much, and my teeth will fall out. Seeing the big pineapple become softer and softer, I hate to waste it. It's a pity to throw it away. I used to make grapefruit jam, red jam, jingling bell... The inspiration comes. It can be made into pineapple sauce, baked snacks, served as breakfast, served with afternoon tea, or given to neighbors. More importantly, it can surprise my lovely husband. He doesn't believe pineapple can be eaten like this.... Let's do it. Let's join in. "

Production steps:

Step 1: peel the pineapple, cut it into small cubes and chop it into pineapple puree. I'm lazy for a while, and because I don't have a chopping board at home, I just mash it up. It's better to chop.

Step 2: is this wax gourd? I only remember that when I was a child, my mother bought a large wax gourd by cutting it into pieces. But this one is very small, so I bought it. It's more than 2 kg. I used it all

Step 3: peel the wax gourd and cut it into slices. Add water to the pot just before the wax gourd. Cook until the wax gourd is transparent, about 15 minutes. Take out the cold water

Step 4: cut the wax gourd into flour to make it feel more fiber and chew it more elastic. It won't taste like wax gourd when it's ready. It's just for the sake of fiber.

Step 5: squeeze pineapple juice out of pineapple (about a cup), squeeze wax gourd clean, put half a small cup of pineapple juice into the pot, add squeezed dried wax gourd, add 300 grams of rock sugar (it can also be used as white sugar, but it is said that rock sugar is healthy and not easy to get fat) and start to boil over low heat

Step 6: boil and boil it to pineapple sauce (keep stirring with a spoon, or the thick sauce will scald your arm)

Step 7: melt the butter at room temperature, add sugar, add various kinds of flour and knead them to make a pastry (forget to take pictures, just take pictures of the melted butter). You can only imagine that you really admire your time control ability. The whole process is very busy, but very orderly.

Step 8: knead the pastry and pineapple pit into a ball according to the ratio of 1:1, press the pastry flat and thin on the hand, put it into the pineapple pit, slowly hold the mouth tightly (a bit like my mother's corn dumpling, because the pastry and corn are as easy to break) and put it into the mold to make the shape you like (in fact, the square one is easy to make, recommended)

Step 9: preheat the oven at 190 ℃ and bake it up and down for 15 minutes

Step 10: after baking and eating, my husband didn't guess it was pineapple trap. He praised it for a long time
