Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: wash the hoof and arm, wash the blood foam after blanching, and scrape off the sundries.
Step 3: fry the skin golden inside the oil pan.
Step 4: wash off the surface grease with clean water.
Step 5: add all seasonings except salt, add more water and bring to a boil.
Step 6: simmer over low heat for about 2 hours and add salt.
