Stewed chicken with mushrooms

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and soak dried mushrooms (leave the water for soaking mushrooms); prepare onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper and star anise;

Step 2: wash and chop the chicken into pieces;

Step 3: saute ginger slices, star anise and dried pepper;

Step 4: stir fry the chicken;

Step 5: stir fry until discolored, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar and a little vinegar;

Step 6: pour in the water that just submerges the chicken, add the scallion, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes;

Step 7: add mushrooms and water, and simmer for 20 minutes;

Step 8: add garlic petals again;

Step 9: simmer for 10 minutes and collect the thick soup.
